Information we collect
You can use almost the entire Internet offer of this website without us needing any personal data from you. Only a few offers and services that you find on our pages require the specification of personal data for their use.

If you use the Internet offer of the web page, technical access data are automatically recorded and evaluated by the Internet server (web server). However, this data cannot be assigned to a specific person; the individual user remains anonymous. A combination with other data does not take place.

Protection of the privacy of persons under 16 years of age on the Internet
Lüneburg Marketing GmbH does not knowingly collect or use in any way personal data of minors (under the age of 16). As a rule, we do not know the age of the visitor to our website. However, we have not taken any specific measures to protect such data in particular.

The data subject has the right to ask the data controller to rectify incorrect personal data concerning him without delay and, if necessary, to complete incomplete personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO).

The data subject has the right to demand that the person responsible delete personal data relating to him or her immediately if one of the reasons specified in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to deletion).

The data subject has the right to require the controller to restrict the processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO is met, e.g. if the data subject has lodged an objection to the processing, for the duration of the controller's examination.

The data subject shall have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him for reasons relating to his particular situation. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless he can prove compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 21 DSGVO).

The security of your data
